Interview : Ali Zafar’s love affair with Bollywood!

After playing a Pakistani journalist in Abhishek Sharma’s debut film Tere Bin Laden, Ali Zafar will now be seen doing a cameo in another Bollywood project titled Luv Ka The End, which is expected to be released on May 6.

It looks more like Ali Zafar has got a taste and flavour to go the Bollywood style. If Atif Aslam can commercialise his voice on the Indian silver screen and shine, Ali Zafar too believes that he can cash on his good looks.

Luv Ka The End, is a Hindi comedy has been directed by Bumpy and has been produced by Aashish Patil, whereas the lyricist is Amitabh Battacharya and the music director is Ram Sampat.

The Times of India has quoted it “as hip, zippy and young!” But what we came to know about Ali Zafar’s performance is that in one of the film’s song “F-U-N-Fun-funna”, for which he never accepted the payment and insisted that the cheque be given to a charitable organisation.

Today, it looks more like he is glued to Bollywood, with the offers that he is getting (though, the details, we are still trying hard to fetch) and with the increasing fan following he seems to be poised to be working more for Bollywood, now!

Jal to compose for Bollywood movie 'Qasam Se Qasam Se'

Pakistani singing sensation Rahat Fateh Ali Khan may be reeling under fire and embarrasment over being fined for travelling out of India with cash over permissible limit but this diplomatic stress isn't stopping other Pakistani artists to work in Bollywood.

Famous band Jal, who shot to fame with their song Aadat that was sung by their former band member Atif Aslam in a B-town film, is set to debut in Tinseltown now with their first ever composition in a Hindi film.

Well known editor Ashfaque Makrani, who has edited more then 40 bollywood films like Veer, Deewangee, Apne, Insaan, Welcome, etc. has turned director with Qasam Se Qasam Se that is going on floors and Jal is composing for it.
