JoSH’s Beyond Kismat is set to break all the previous records

JoSH`s “Beyond Kismat” launched on May 31, 2011 has rocked the nation with in just six days of its launch in Pakistan.

Rupinder Magon and Qurram Hussein blended music of modern era with a traditional bhangra touch to such perfection that it yielded record sale of over 18,000 albums of “Beyond Kismat” up till now. Their songs carry the highest rating on MP3 music downloading websites and the music video of their song “Pyar Hogaya” is well acclaimed by the music lovers with over 31,000 views on you-tube in first six days of their release.

Listeners in both countries, India and Pakistan loved the music of JoSH`s album “Beyond kismat” and backed the JoSH`s efforts and expressed their delight on social networking website (Face book) by more than 55,000 likes and declaring the album as “Superb”, “Lovely Music”, I love this and few proclaiming “Beyond Kismat” and in particular the song, Pyar Hogaya as “This Summer Tune”.

The album is set to break all the previous records as the cumulative one week figures reveals that 20,000 albums were ordered but considering the over whelming response in first six days as 16,000 albums are sold, JoSH and their collaborating partner, McDonalds Pakistan has ordered another batch of 30,000 albums to be sold in next 3 weeks.

Beyond Kismat song Pyar Hogaya has attained the top spot on music charts and it is believed that the song will keep its supremacy on jukebox in the months to come. Powerful stuff, great composition, and a great song while vocals complimenting the range fusing with feelings and deep emotions, song Pyar Hogaya is pumping the hearts of millions in the sub-continent.

A superb combination of techno mix with the Punjabi romance is ruling the listeners residing across Pakistan. The pair of Indo-Pak singers remained successful to satisfy the music appetite of the music lovers with their beautiful song “Qatilana”, spiced up with JoSH version of RD Burman song “Yeh Zameen ga rahi hai”. Song, Yeh Zameen Ga Rahi Hai has become equally popular in teenagers, adults as well as elderly segment of the population.

The song reminds the golden melody of famous Indian music composer RD Burman which brought back the memories of 1980`s to many of the Pakistani audience. Their romantic songs “Achi Ajeeb Ho Tum”, “Meri Rahoon Main” also remained on the top of the choice list especially the rap by Rup in “Kuriye” and “Hun Te Main” have become immense famous in Pakistan.

It is believed that Rup`s singing evolves a natural Punjabi touch which is beautifully fabricated with the voice of Q worked as a crimson on the beautiful encrust in their fourth and recent album “Beyond Kismat”. An ideal amalgamation of rock, bhangra and pop music, the album “Beyond Kismat” contains equal dose of entertainment for every generation.

“Beyond Kismat” has it all! The listeners also gave thumbs up to the light musical songs “Meri Dua” and “Meri Dusri Dua (Remix)”; proving Josh`s “Beyond Kismat” as the best mix of all genres. All the songs are recorded in Canada and the video of their song “Pyar Hogaya” was directed and produced in Mumbai, India.

Taking about the success of “Beyond Kismat”, Indian born Rup said “Well I was expecting this response from a music loving, lively Pakistani audience. I was quite excited to launch “Beyond Kismat” in Pakistan the day we decided that this time we will launch our new album in Pakistan and dedicate our music to the Pakistani nation”. I am thankful to the Pakistani people who once again has accepted us from their hearts and welcomed the launch of our new album, Rup further added.

In his message to the Pakistani audience prior to the success of their album, Pakistan born Q said “The response of Beyond Kismat” is overwhelming. We tried to deliver the ideal combination of all genres music in one music album which caters to the music needs of every generation living in the sub-continent or any European countries”.

“`I believe world has now become a global village and music is a tool to bring people closer to each other regardless of religion, nationality and culture. Music unites us”, Qurram said.

Sports stars and celebrities are considered as the ambassadors of peace. If Aisam-ul-Haq and Rohan Bopanna are bringing laurels to their respective countries together in sports, then Rup and Q are also delivering their best in the world of music.

The Indo-Pak duo of Qurram Hussein and Rupinder Magon once again proved that if the people of both countries start working together for regional prosperity with pure intention, the Indo-Pak relations will soon achieve a milestone.
